Well what a Year 2008 is looking to be.  We have won again at the Best Bar None awards 2008 for Best Community Pub. What an honour to win again with such strong local competition.  We would like to thank all of our customers and judges who recognise us for what we truly aim to be,  Your Best Community Pub.

   

   

We have got all new Cabaret as well as some old favourites; Karaoke; and the all new National Pub Quiz (which we are pleased to let you know we have won!) on a Tuesday evening from 7.30pm

We’ve got a great Traditional British Pub menu with lots of home cooked meals and snacks to choose from.  Whether you’re after something filling and indulgent, light and healthy or vegetarian there is something for everyone.

We offer a separate private function room for those special group bookings, meals and functions - for further information or to book a meeting to discuss your requirements, please give us a call.
